Avhan Technologies and Jodo World are in the Scale-Up Phase — transitioning from a successful bootstrapped enterprise to a global SaaS platform preparing for Series-A funding.

Key milestones underway:

  • Migration from legacy monolithic systems (Java/Tomcat) to microservices and serverless architecture on AWS multi-region cloud.

  • Launch of Phase-1 SaaS products for SMB onboarding and partner ecosystems.

  • Establishment of a DevSecOps and Product Leadership organization to support exponential global growth.

·     B.E. or MBA – IT Business Management.

·    1-3 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles

◦     Managing Service delivery in Cloud technology product companies

◦     Experience in Product demonstrations, responding to RFPRFI, End-user training

 

 

 

 

 

Essential skills

Product-Led Growth Experience: Proven experience working in product-led growth (PLG) companies, where the product itself drives customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
– Lifecycle Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and initial concept through growth and scale-up stages.- Startup to Growth Stage: Experience in scaling a product or company from early-stage development to a mature, high-growth phase, focusing on driving user adoption and market penetration.- Customer-Centric Innovation: A track record of leveraging customer insights to guide product development and growth strategies.- Cross-Functional Collaboration in Growth Contexts: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, sales, marketing) in a growth-driven environment, ensuring alignment between product features and business goals.
1.   Exposure experience in sales-related activities – develop templates and roll out proposals, solution designs, and presentations

2.   Ability to work independently with virtual teams

3.   Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills

 

 

 

Job role & responsibilities

– Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the Jodo World Framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

– Growth & Customer Adoption: Develop and execute product-led growth strategies that leverage the product itself to acquire, expand, and retain customers.

– Innovation & Enhancements: Continuously innovate and enhance the product by identifying new features and opportunities that drive value for customers and keep the product ahead of competitors.

– Technology Evaluation & Implementation: Lead internal projects to evaluate and implement new technologies and frameworks that support the company’s growth and improve transparency in operations.

– SOP Documentation & Monitoring: Oversee the creation, documentation, and monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across functions to ensure scalability and support for rapid growth.

– Scaling Operations: Lead efforts to scale product operations, ensuring processes and systems evolve with the product.

– Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

– Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to understand their needs and pain points, translating these insights into actionable product features.

– Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance, using data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

– Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of product professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
