Job role & responsibilities |
– Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the Jodo World Framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
– Growth & Customer Adoption: Develop and execute product-led growth strategies that leverage the product itself to acquire, expand, and retain customers. – Innovation & Enhancements: Continuously innovate and enhance the product by identifying new features and opportunities that drive value for customers and keep the product ahead of competitors. – Technology Evaluation & Implementation: Lead internal projects to evaluate and implement new technologies and frameworks that support the company’s growth and improve transparency in operations. – SOP Documentation & Monitoring: Oversee the creation, documentation, and monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across functions to ensure scalability and support for rapid growth. – Scaling Operations: Lead efforts to scale product operations, ensuring processes and systems evolve with the product. – Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. – Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to understand their needs and pain points, translating these insights into actionable product features. – Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance, using data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. – Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of product professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. |
