Manager – UI Development

Position Overview:

At Avhan Technologies, we are creating a game-changing Patented, Cloud Digital Global Business Operations Framework that redefines internet, ecommerce, communications besides many methods and practices as we know them today. We offer multiple SaaS services for SMB and Enterprise and cater to business’s of all sizes, Globally.

We are actively searching for an accomplished individual to take on the pivotal role of Head of UI development. As the Head of UI, you will lead our team in crafting exceptional user interfaces for our Cloud SaaS products for SMB segments and browser + mobile applications for Enterprise. This position demands a unique combination of technical expertise and effective leadership skills to drive excellence in UI development.

Overall, Role Description

As the Head of UI, your responsibilities will include spearheading the UI development process, refining process standards, optimizing workflows, and enhancing performance efficiencies. (We use Java, HTML-5, CSS-3, JS, React) You will foster a culture of growth and excellence within the UI development team through effective management and mentorship. Additionally, you will innovate and elevate UI development practices by leveraging DevOps infrastructure, ensuring alignment with evolving cloud security protocols, and staying abreast of advancements in UI DevOps and testing methodologies. Collaboration across departments is essential, engaging with product managers, UX designers, developers, and stakeholders, both internal and external.

Other Details for the Role

• Location: You will be working from the office of our core bootstrapped organization in Dadar (West), Mumbai, India.
• Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM. (alternate Saturday off)
• Educational Qualification: Engineering or Science Graduate / Post Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 4-5 Years in a fast-paced/futuristic technology environment or startup in a similar leadership role.
• Remuneration: CTC package of 8 Lakhs PA.
