  Position Overview

We at Avhan are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. As an ePMO – Founders Office, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various technology & mobility programs/projects within the organization. This position requires results-driven individuals with a passion for technology and its future with a core ‘Technology First‘ approach and exposure to relative processes to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing team. You will be working alongside a visionary Founder/CEO & his team in an ever-evolving environment ready to grow and develop a highly engaged and up-skilled mindset.

Overall Role Description

Identify, define, manage, and drive special projects and initiatives that are cross-functional and strategic to the company/group/board.

Build a thorough understanding of all areas of the business – operations, product, technology, support, PMO, admin, BD, HR, finance etc all.

Determine the priorities of the CEO/Founder and identify opportunities to increase the leadership team and the company/group’s effectiveness in execution.

Act as a gatekeeper of tasks that can be resolved without the direct involvement of the CXOs – Drive the deliverables from each team, partner, consultant, contractor, etc, Manage the periodic business reviews, and be prepared to present the status in Mgmt & Board meetings.

Manage internal and external communications – Draft/review company newsletters/content, reports, pitch decks, online/offline presence, and presentations on their behalf.

Facilitate, Support & Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications.

Other Details for the role

Location – You will be working from the office of a core bootstrapped organization along with its existing teams in its present location at Dadar, Mumbai, India.
Working hours – 9 AM to 6 PM, Six Days a week
Remuneration – CTC package of 4 to 5 Lakhs PA.

Educational Qualification – MBA

Experience – Minimum 1 to 2 Years in a fast-paced/futuristic technology environment or startup as an intern or similar support roles. (Experience within a technology/product or SaaS firm/startup with core technology-driven processes with exposure to – Apps, Digital way of life, AI, IOT, Emerging Tech, Usage of workplace technology for PM/Collaboration, Deep tech, etc. Overall someone with a keen eye and core viewpoint on the overall technology landscape and its future)
