You authorize Jodo to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your use of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information and promptly updating such information in the event of any changes. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Services. All fees and charges are non-refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

- Description of Services: Jodo World provides a platform that allows users to access and utilize various services, including but not limited to communication tools, content sharing, and collaboration features.
- User Accounts and SaaS service license: In order to access certain features of the Services, including the SaaS Services, you may be required to create an account. In consideration for payment of the Fees, Avhan grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as permitted under this Agreement), personal, revocable license to access and use the SaaS Services as intended by Avhan (SaaS License). The SaaS License:
- Begins on the Effective Date or the day the Customer is granted access to the SaaS Services by Avhan, whichever comes first
- Allows the Customer to use the SaaS Services according to their normal operating procedures.
- Permits access and use of the SaaS Services based on the specified number and type of Authorized Users.
- If the number of Authorized Users exceeds the agreed limit, Avhan may charge a Fee for each Additional Authorized User, as detailed on the Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- In order to access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. - Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Services, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
- Content: You retain ownership of any content that you create, upload, or share through the Services. You agree that you will not share any offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content through the JodoWorld platform. JodoWorld reserves the right to remove any content that violates this provision or is otherwise deemed objectionable by JodoWorld in its sole discretion.
- Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use the Services.
- Intellectual Property: The Services and all materials therein, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and service marks, are owned or licensed by Avha Technologies / JodoWorld and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You will lose access to the Service, and Avhan / JodoWorld is not liable for any loss of data, content, or other information associated with your account.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. JodoWorld does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall JodoWorld be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Services or by sending you an email.
