Anand is an entrepreneur and a visionary. As the Founder of Avhan, he spearheads the technology and business direction of the company. A pioneer in the contact centre solutions industry, Avhan has revolutionized contact centre communication technology with a ‘humanized’ solution. Under Anand’s leadership Avhan has since year 2000, gathered momentum from being a telecom hardware player, to a leading company in the software and CTI/ CRM space.
In previous roles, Anand has been a consultant to Indian and multinational companies, developing strategy and design for communication technology implementation in India. He has consulted for clients like Monsanto India, DHL Worldwide, Banque Indosuez, Coca Cola India, among others.
Anand is a music buff and loves Jazz and Indian classical music, especially the Dhrupad. An outdoors person, he goes sailing, trekking and occasionally plays badminton. Anand earned his Master’s of Science in BioPhysics from Tata Hospital Mumbai and MMS (Marketing) from Sydenham Institute of Management, Bombay University.
Padmashudha Chandrasekhar is the Chief Operating Officer of Avhan and leads the company forward.
Sudha has more than 20 years experience in the field of data communication convergence, networking project implementation, software design and development. She is a thought leader in her field and played an integral part at PeopleSoft’s Centre-of-Excellence (CoE). She has previously worked at various levels and in diverse functions at Procter & Gamble, Thermax Computer Systems and Blue Star Ltd.
Sudha is a trekker, jogs every morning and is a participant of the Mumbai Marathon.
Sudha graduated as a B. Tech from IIT, Bombay and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from IIM, Ahmedabad.
Fresh out from college, Amit joined Avhan since its inception as a Software Programmer and is now the Head of Technology. He manages the Product Development teams giving technical guidance, monitoring delivery and assisting the presales, operations and sales teams in validating customer requirements. As the Product and Solutions Architect, he is involved in understanding and mapping customer requirements, product conceptualization and design. He is actively involved in Research and Development, and technology assessments. Amit also conducts Trainings imparting his skills and guidance to the Product, Application and Implementation teams.
Amit is is a fitness freak and gyms regularly. An outdoors person, he loves off-road driving and indulges in adventure sports, like trekking, rock climbing, valley crossing, para sailing. He is also a certified para glider. In quiet moments at home, he is playing and swimming with his son, or watching the Discovery Channel and National Geographic channel – they help him explore his mind and gain ideas of various technologies.
Amit passed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from University of Pune. He has also earned a Diploma in Computer Science conducted by BTE, Maharashtra, consistently upgrading his knowledge and skills.
Vikrant has been a core member of the Avhan team since its inception. He leads the Implementation and Support functions at Avhan.
For Vikrant, work is his way of relaxing, even at home, but he does manage to listen to pop and current Bollywood songs. He is a talented sportsman, though it is now relegated to watching sports on TV.
Vikrant has studied Digital Electronics at Shah & Anchor Kuttchi Polytechnic.
Rama Shanker Tripathi is the Head of Operations at Avhan. With almost 2 decades of experience, Rama handles the Operations and Applications Development, implementing processes for BCP and quality improvement in software delivery and services. He also leads Project Management and Account Management, interacting with customers for requirement, project delivery and documentation.
His previous roles were at 3i Infotech Ltd. planning and spearheading various projects, nationally and internationally. He has worked with Maersk India implementing technological advancements to the Mumbai operations. He has domain knowledge in Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Banking, Shipping and Hotel Industries, with exposure of end-to-end development of software applications from requirement analysis to design, coding, testing, de-bugging, implementation and documentation.
